Having only lived in Smyrna for 1 year I was unsure of what to expect with the home market, but Millie Ann made the search extremely easy. As a first time home buyer Millie Ann always reminded me to keep unforeseen costs in mind such as HOA's, utilities, upgrades, and unknown repairs. I had a general idea of what I was looking for, but Millie Ann showed me several styles of homes (6 in one day) so that I could determine exactly what I wanted. Once I found the home I wanted, Millie Ann made the entire process as simple as possible. Her and her team were there to answer any of my questions and were extremely courteous and professional through-out the entire process. Millie Ann did a great job negotiating with the Sellers and we settled on a price that I was very happy with.
